SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery and Processing
We process your order within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. Your goods will then be delivered within 5-10 business days with tracking information. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays and public holidays.

2. Tracking and Delivery Status
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery via our "Track Order" feature on the website. You will also receive SMS notifications to the phone number provided in the order, with delivery information about the package.

3. Delivery Address and Phone Number
Please carefully check that the provided delivery address is correct and complete to avoid delays or issues with the delivery. It is important to also include a valid mobile number from the country where the package will be delivered. As a customer, it is your responsibility to provide accurate information for both the address and phone number. We cannot be held responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information. By providing these details, you help us ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of your order.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take responsibility for all shipments that are damaged or lost in transit. If you discover that your shipment is damaged upon delivery, we ask that you contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation and take appropriate action. To streamline the handling process, please attach photos of both the product and packaging and provide your order number. This helps us process your claim more quickly.

5. Unclaimed Packages
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to collect their package on time. If a package is not collected within the specified time, it will be returned to us. Packages returned to us due to non-collection will have processing and delivery times of up to two weeks, depending on the shipping company's regulations and variations between different countries. The customer has 7 days to contact us if they wish to have the package resent. An administration and shipping fee of 20 euro will be charged for reshipping.
